Games Principles and Conventions

Pre-Production
The Pre-Production is for the concept of the game with the core done and to convince a publisher to provide funding for the game:
• First Idea
• Concept Art
• Formedined into Core Concept
• Pre Production demo (however some companies that
• Pitches to external or internal publisher
• Games that don’t find a publisher interested in the game rarely progress far.

Production
Once a game has gotten through with a working concept and
funding has been granted by the publisher the the following
happens:
• Deadline Breakdown
• Create Teams
• Graphical Content
• Coding And Engine
• Voice Acting
• Music
• FMV Sequences

Post Production
Once the game is in a finished state and the majority is finished the post production stage starts but this also happens during the entire production phase also:
• Alpha/Beta Testing
• Advertising
• Balancing
• Hype
• Public Appearance
• Games Conventions
• Game Cover
• Game Manual

The above is the 'what I will be talking about' in the games principles and conventions and I was just kinda confused so if anyone could say yay/nay and if so where so I can get going in the right direction.
